For the Job Candidate: Send them to the Getting Stated Page, fill out and submit. We will keep you updated as we customize a 1-day or 1/2-day excursion to answer their needs and concerns. They can also choose a Local Employee Retention Packet, designed to eliminate some of the guess-work in moving. We have learned that providing a candidate(s) with valuable local information will help them in their decision to move to Colorado. Saving you a lot of money in recruiting efforts.
For the Relocating Employee: Send them the following link: and after they submit the survey on the Getting Started page, we will customize a 1-day or 1/2=day excursion to answer their needs and concerns. They can also choose a local Employee Retention Packet, designed to eliminate some of the guess-work in moving. After they complete the survey on the Getting started page, we introduce them to the communities that will best suite them and/or their family's lifestyles. this will put them more at ease as they further explore their new move. Many relocating employees have existing homes that they need to sell before they move to Colorado. While Realtors specialize in finding the right home, YCC specializes in finding the right community. We will connect them to housing specialists in both the leasing and Real Estate arena should that be our agreement with you. That relieves them of any pressure to have to buy a home now.

YCC will provide detailed information on the communities and counties that best fit the candidate or relocating employee's lifestyle. For example, in the Denver Metro area, there are 7 counties that spread across approximately 4,500 square miles. The distinctive mix of cities, towns and unincorporated communities make Colorado an interesting, yet versatile place to live. "Inside stories", such as amount and types of crime, places of worship, ethnic concentration, and much more will be part of the discussions held during our seven hour customized experience which is specially designed to suit the newcomer and his/her family's needs.
