Your Colorado Connection's (YCC) purpose is to help companies recruit and retain "Top" Talent.  We do that with 3 simple programs:

#1  The Discovery Tours Making a lasting "1st Impression!"  Tours of local communities.  Learn the "inside stories" of various neighborhoods before moving.

#2  The Local Employee Retention Packet
Let us customize a relocation packet for you and your family.  Information such as:  schools, local auto repair shops, places of worship, singles connections, senior services and more.

#3  The Basket Recognition Program lets your employees know you notice and appreciate them!  Please see below for more details.

For the Relocating Employee or visiting Candidate, YCC will introduce communities to them and to their family.  A connection to a new community begins with a thoughtful survey to determine the lifestyle needs for your employee.  A knowledgeable human touch, with an expert is what provides personalized education about Colorado neighborhoods and resources. 

YCC Employee Discovery/Transition Program (1-Day Tour)

  • Identify and explore neighborhoods of interest based on interview(s) with your job candidates and research around their needs

  • A highly customized excursion experience and lunch (includes YCC gift bag and YCC Colorado Connections custom binder)

  • Connection to a housing specialist they can trust (renting or purchasing)
  • Can provide, upon request, contact information for furniture rentals, moving & storage, and more.
  • Includes several introductory phone calls or emails and a relocation questionnaire to determine  employees individualized needs.
  • FREE YCC Community Connection Party for those employees who have found a home with a MCC recommended leasing or real estate agent.
  • The YCC Employee Transition Program consists of approximately 6 - 7 hours of one-on-one, in-person assistance and attention, plus unlimited telephone contact.
In Addition to the customized excursion and introduction program mentioned above, we will assist your newly hired or transferring Expatriates with questions they may have regarding their day to day life in Colorado and in the United States.

For the Candidate interviewing for a position in your company,  YCC will introduce your candidate to various communities, highlighting history, attractions and points of interest, as well as aspects of life here that make a move to Colorado very attractive to any newcomer.  Relocating Employees can take advantage of our 1/2 day tours as well!

YCC Employee Candidate Discovery Program (1/2 Day Tour)

The YCC Employee Candidate Discovery Program consists of approximately 4-5 hours of one on one, in-person assistance plus unlimited telephone contact. Both Programs are customized  to fit the needs of individual executives and their families.  Coupled with important demographic information about specific neighborhoods, revealing important statistics on population, crime, ethnic groups, economic profiles, cultures, including information about places of worship, YCC will connect the new comer to housing specialists.

Local Employee Retention Packet

Wheather your candidate or employee is moving across town or thinking about moving to the State, YCC has a Customized Packet that will be sent off to them.  Some of what is incl included is:  Relocation Guide from the Chamber of Commerce; Colorado Driver License Information with Rules & Regulations; Colorado History, Denver History, Specific County History and information; customized requests, ex. veterinarians, information for children with "special needs", places of worship, crime and more; and housing specialists, buying or leasing connections.

YCC Employee Motivational & Retention Programs

Formal Employee Recognition improves and preserves the belief that Employee's are important and valued while generating a positive image of the company that improves morale and ultimately employee retention.  Our Basket Program is a simple way to let your employees know you recognize what they do and will encourage them to keep performing in a productive manner. Baskets are used through out other programs such as our Anniversary Recognition, Employee of the Month and Bonus Programs. All programs are customized to augment what you already have in place.
