YCC has 3 programs

1. Your Colorado Connection, 2. Your International Connection and

3. Your Family Connection Programs

Program 1   YCC will introduce your candidate or transferring employee to Colorado by providing a customized tour of Denver Metro Areas.

YOUR COLORADO CONNECTION PROGRAM

        Tour several Denver Metro Counties

• Identify and explore neighborhoods of interest with a customized interview and research 
• A customized tour and lunch (includes YCC Car Notebook + Gift Bag for ride)
• Connection to a housing specialist they can trust (Renting or Purchasing)
• Can provide upon request contact information for: Furniture Rentals, Moving & Storage, and more. 
• Quarterly YCC Colorado Activity Update
• Includes several introductory phone calls or emails and a relocation questionnaire to determine  employees individualized needs
• FREE Community Connection Party for those employees who have found a home with a YCC recommended leasing or real estate agent.

Approximately 6-7 hours of in-person assistance & unlimited telephone contact

Program 2   In Addition to the customized tour program mentioned above, we will assist your newly hired or transferring international employee(s) with questions they may have regarding their day to day life in Colorado

YOUR INTERNATIONAL CONNECTION PROGRAM

          Individual Attention to the needs of Your International Employee(s)  

      Time spent on areas of interest such as:

•      Driver License, Social Security, other City or State needs
•      Housing needs:  Rents, Purchasing, Utilities, Taxes
•      Daily needs:  Clothes & Grocery Shopping, Banking
•      Public Services:  Libraries, Recreation Centers, Regional Transit District

 Approximately 5 hours of in-person assistance & unlimited telephone contact

Program 3    In Addition to the customized tour program mentioned above, we will assist your newly hired or transferring international or national employee(s) with Family Needs

YOUR FAMILY CONNECTION PROGRAM

          Family Concerns?  No need to worry about that! 

YCC will help Identify and customize assistance for the needs of individual families, in such areas as:

•       Special Needs Children
•       Schools for Elementary, Junior High and High School ages (websites and other information on finding the right school) 
•       College for Adults including ESL (English as a Second Language) 
•       Elder Care (provide information on Colorado Assisted and Independant living facilities)  

                                      Your suggestions can be added to our Customized programs.
